Pomodoro reminds me of the smell of my Grandma's Sunday tomato sauce simmering on the stove. The tomato and basil work together beautifully, and I can almost sense a little garlic and EVOO. Some people refrain from scented candles during dinner, but this is such a nice complement to the table.
